I) NEEDLE
- Siliconised, bevelled, cannula needles, medical curved needles, back cut ground stainless steel needle for smooth and painless venipuncture. New bevel geometry for quick and easy insertion.Xpress bevel™

II)Curved and Contoured C&C™ NEEDLE HUB
- La-med^TM I.V. Catheters have specially contoured needle hub to prevent any destabilisation and bending of the needle during venipuncture.
- New light weight curved and contoured thumb rest with anti slip projection and semi nesting.

III) NEEDLE COVER
- Open cut bearing at the needle protector end for efficient sterilization.Protects the needle and catheter from contamination
- Prevents accidental damage to the needle and catheter.
IV) CATHETER Sinter Plus™
- Bio compatible catheter is unique multiple sintered tapering, bevelled tip & siliconised which offers:
- Kink resistance.
- Smooth insertion due to low coefficient of friction & Sinter plus™ tip design.
- High chemical resistance and excellent biocompatibility reduces the chances of thrombogenecity.
- Thin walled catheter allows maximum flow rate for a specific gauge of Cannula.
- Optimum trim distance.
- Choice of clear transparent or striped radiopaque catheter.

V) FLASH BACK CHAMBER Quick-Flash™
- Clear flash back chamber with multiple air escape channel facilitates instantaneous flash of blood and visual monitoring after venipuncture confirming correct catheter placement.
Specially designed to prevent any spillage of blood.
VI) EACH I.V. CANNULA IS PROVIDED WITH A THREADED STOPPER
- The bold projected threaded stopper for better grip and slip protection even with wet gloves.
- The threaded stopper may be used to close catheter end after removing the needle.
