Each member of the La-med^TM team undergoes a rigorous training programme on induction, which includes cross-functional training across all relevant departments and functions. In addition to this, there is a continuous identification of training needs at each level. Tailor-made industry and environment specific training modules are then developed in-house and implemented. There is also considerable two-way knowledge transfer at the senior management level within the group companies, with the La-med^TM team benefitting from years of expertise and skills that are both specific to the industry and the environment.
